KEY Transformation Imperatives In Engaged/Empowered

Youth Leadership Development

For The Underserved Youth

Once you believe you’re somebody you will embrace it.

We want children to believe in themselves in everything they do.

If you’re unsure of who you are as a person your dreams will never become a reality & this is what we want you to understanding — NEVER GIVE UP!”

Everyone has mental doubts to live in those thoughts with positive confidence that they can do and they are better than “the moment”

Low Effort = Not thinking about opportunity and not thinking about obligation;or responsibilities to track towards their inspired goal.

Every day is a chance to be who you want to be and opportunity to be great.

Every Kids Needs A Champion

Mentor The Right Person:

Children do not learn from people they don’t like.

Leadership, Volunteers, Team Leaders are essential to making the youth feel like they are somebody and are important.

Teachers need to want to teach because we don’t want basic people who just want a job. We want inspiring giving people who can relate to these children.

Great resources: Youth Service Corp SuperStars, CityYear.org; YMCA Youth Leaders;

Must have absolute knowledge of KEY COMPONENTS: Engaging and Recruiting Volunteers through the UNIVERSITIES & Jr. COLLEGES; Youth Service Alliances.

The TEAM Leaders, Counselors, Volunteers and support staff must feel Our feel they are born to make a difference.”

FUSION YOUTH LEGENDS

After School Education Digital

Empowered

TEAM experience design

Just as children are influenced by the “ganging social model”; we are using the same powerful forces of inclusion, and TEAM, and commitment with positive youth development mixed with the fun, energy and interest of music, rap, competition; as the fundamental core of creating and fun, safe space.

The entire new learning experience will be supported by Mentors/Volunteers that can provide the encouragement, patience, understanding in the areas of some of their deepest need to feel valued,

important, appreciated thereby creating a new “FUSION” type environment to learn.

The studies show the key focus is to integrate reading & math development skills; while addressing their urgent issues of negative peer pressure, bullying, low-self esteem, fear, insecurity. This allows us to addresses the more serious thoughts and feelings that crush dreams — underlying hopelessness and resignation.

Taking ideas from kinds is a great focus a great concept because what this does is open student’s eyes to way their school works illuminates itself in their interest and then inspires them to follow through and become successful. This is called the increasing stem concepts. The kids need all hands on classes/courses

Curriculum Examples:

Drug Awareness & Drug Abuse –

It’s Facts And Real Consequences

We all control our action. We want kids to feel independent.

Kids bodies are still maturing at a young age and will affect them in many ways

How you approach a problem really affect the outcome, because taking a negative approach to a bad situation only makes problems worse. All leadership, TEAM Champions, Volunteers, Youth Advocates are to become the positive roll of support, listening, learning, directing, encourage and empowering.

Kids need facts = Living Proof for their eyes.

Ex: Drug Addicts; what they used to look like and now; also what life they used to live and now live because of drugs.

Health, Nutrition, Fitness and

How Keep Your Body Up

Health foods are very important because they effect the mind as well as thought process. Candy is a no. Apples/Fruits/Bananas Juice no soda.

Exercise we need this we want to regulate the children’s diet we want to make sure we make sure they are eating properly at home we do this be addressing a diet and schedule for them to keep at home.”

Hygiene: Kids need to know it is very important to take care of themselves, it has a lot to do with how others look at them shower, hair, nails clean, clothes, teeth. Essential to growing their self-esteem and confidence.

Conflict Resolution

Denial is the most common problem during or resolving conflict which will open doors for ongoing problems. == fights/bullying

Becoming aggressive – Emotions Rise – we want to relate to the child by understanding what triggers their anger. Too many people “mouth out” “act out” their situation without concern for the consequences; they put their heads in the sand.

Formulas/Solution Strategies: Can they the need be met? If so then we resolve it. Being afraid = not talking to the people who can do something about it.”
