Just as children are influenced by the “ganging social model”; we are using the same powerful forces of inclusion, and TEAM, and commitment with positive youth development mixed with the fun, energy and interest of music, rap, competition; as the fundamental core of creating and fun, safe space.
The entire new learning experience will be supported by Mentors/Volunteers that can provide the encouragement, patience, understanding in the areas of some of their deepest need to feel valued,
important, appreciated thereby creating a new “FUSION” type environment to learn.
The studies show the key focus is to integrate reading & math development skills; while addressing their urgent issues of negative peer pressure, bullying, low-self esteem, fear, insecurity. This allows us to addresses the more serious thoughts and feelings that crush dreams — underlying hopelessness and resignation.
Taking ideas from kinds is a great focus a great concept because what this does is open student’s eyes to way their school works illuminates itself in their interest and then inspires them to follow through and become successful. This is called the increasing stem concepts. The kids need all hands on classes/courses

Hygiene: Kids need to know it is very important to take care of themselves, it has a lot to do with how others look at them shower, hair, nails clean, clothes, teeth. Essential to growing their self-esteem and confidence.

THE DAY — LAUNCHING
I. (1) Program begins with a cheer/celebration/declaration – as a signal of entering a new space of empowerment and ownership of their circumstances & their future.
(2) After school (SNACK) which is provided under the school district/DSS guidelines (some policy back known as the local school wellness programs.
(3) Increase education regarding what it is and what it takes to be a leader while tracking their future with support, guidance and mentorship;

Issues will be taken on in TEAM based setting; (20 per room/class/event/learning experience/outward bound/youth corp community service/outward bound)
Curriculum Core would include: (Energetic/Fun/Engaging experience that requires participation/contribution to your TEAM;
20 per room = 4 TEAMS of 5; with 2 Volunteer mentors per TEAM;
each TEAM room/experience of 20; would comprise of 4 TEAMS.
As positive support system providing social engagement, communication, sharing, learning in a safe/supported space that does not judge, criticize, diminish, undervalue their self-esteem/self-worth.
in fact the environment would build, rebuild, restore, inspire, positivity, belief, courage, empowerment to uncover their gifts, intelligence, capabilities and talents/skills that will be the sustaining sources of power, confidence and courage.
Thereby restore their ability to hope, dream, dedicate and empower themselves becoming self directed/bigger and better future with a sustainable available and willing support pathway to higher education college/jr. college and or trade school thus avoiding the certain land minds of self-sabotage that became viable when the support dropped out of their life – as they turn down the pathway of hopelessness and self resignation.

Building on their strength rather than allowing them to be sweep away and influenced by negative peer pressure that undermines there future, hope, power and vision; instead the Fusion Youth Legends; (FYL); based on the courage; conversation that support positive decision making skills discovery inside the TEAM process; sharing each others life struggles and regaining their power while discovering the Champion within.
That releases them from the culture, influences of being powerless, dependent on social services; rather than personal discovery of their own capabilities and unique gifts that align with their heart/soul of the Champion within.
Additional TEAM/Mentoring/Volunteer support will be provided with experiences of leadership and decision making skills.

Psychology exam/assessments and be put into activities of growth and positive youth development based on their skill sets and different level of personal issues.
The opens up new pathways, they can gain the stable/safe/encouraging and supportive space to develop the skills and tools to reconcile the disruption and disengagement; as the total TEAM
and learning helps restore that “place” or gets to the “source” of their disengagement and resignation = feelings of hopelessness, indifference, predatory, bullying, behavior or experience that undermine their confidence and low self esteem and negativity.
Sports programs provide and natural user friendly; easy to understand activity that also will provide learning, sharing and TEAM BUILDING type mindset; as well as CONFLICT RESOLUTION; and the ART/INSPIRATION of the Comeback; taking them from breakdown to breakthrough.

Narcotic/Friendly Dogs that go thru backpack/bags/ as well as the trained/professional YOUTH ENGAGMENT friendly handler.
Metal dectector at the front entrance of school as well as outback (cameras) so while the kids are outback/outside activities they do not bring anything back into TEAM such as weapons and contraband.
All kids arriving to the TEAM program (FYL); are scanned and all backpacks are placed into a room; in the front where come in; this is helpful in triggering the total TEAM experience and entering a SAFE SPACE to learn, discover, experience and solve deeper issues. This requirement and practice will also limites the amount of dogs needed on property saving money & time.
Security Cameras in the hallway and classroom and event space and priority in NO STEALING ENVIRONMENT thereby solving/reducing fights, bullying and illegal activity.

Resident Volunteers: Must provide Youth Profile in intact assessment so TEAM LEADERS and training specialist can have knowledge of particular needs and requirements; including health, medicine, allergies, behavior issues; and also the intake contact information and custodian profile
